Spirit Ventures is delighted to announce that it has been accredited as an Investors in People organisation at a Gold level.

The Group has been working towards Gold level for the past two years. Previously, First Response Training – our largest venture – was accredited to a Silver level. We undertook an extensive project to implement new processes and approaches across the whole organisation and create development opportunities at all levels, including our acclaimed Management Development Programme.

 

The following extract has been taken directly from the final report from Investors in People:

“It is particularly pleasing to be able to confirm that this review has identified that with all indicators and themes met at Established level or better, and with seven indicators all met at Advanced level, Spirit Ventures fully meets the requirements of being accredited as an Investors in People Gold organisation. It should be noted that in addition to achieving this significant accolade, the review also demonstrated that Spirit Ventures is currently operating at the high performance level in twelve of the twenty seven themes associated with the Investors in People framework, an extremely impressive performance that reflects truly business leading management and people practices. This provides clear evidence to confirm that Spirit Ventures is already operating significantly toward becoming a high performing organisation across all nine indicators, and with it, towards the prestigious Investors in People accolade of becoming a Platinum award Investors in People accredited organisation, a stated aim in the 2020 vision strategy.”
